Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please respect that we are a small business with limited stock holding and we require a two week turn around in order to deal with refunds and seasonal pieces. No refunds will be accepted beyond this point unless agreed in writing on a case by case basis. 

Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method which may take between 5-7 days depending on your bank. Please note refunds will be issued minus the original postage fee.

All return details are provided once the returns form is completed.

When returning your goods, please make sure to post back your item(s) by using recorded delivery and ensure the parcel is insured against loss or damage. We are not responsible for any returns that don't find their way back to our workshop.

Please also make sure to provide us with a tracking reference for your return via email: customerservices@stonedandwaisted.uk

We will not refund any product that is delivered to us in unoriginal condition and appears to have been worn or is damaged by the customer.

For International Customers please be reminded that we do not cover the cost of any import taxes or duties which maybe issued in order to receive your delivery from your local customs office.

Kindly note refunds are not available on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless the item(s) are damaged or faulty.

Refunds are not available on any sample or on sale items, these are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, including for store credit.

Refunds are not available at Pop-Ups, these are always final sale but we will issue store credit on occasion if brought back during the same event.

Refunds are also not available on custom orders or any made to request sales. These are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, including for store credit.

Kindly note that as per these terms and conditions, any online discount codes or sales - if applicable - including our newsletter subscription, are only valid online and can’t be refunded or claimed otherwise. This includes requests for exchanges and or store credit for all events. 

Please note that all made-to-order and bespoke orders are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale and can also not be returned for store credit.

Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to Stoned & Waisted via the provided returns address which can be found when filling out the returns form via the portal link above.

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out a this online form within 14 days of receipt to report your case. All item(s) are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty and not returned in it's original condition we will contact you accordingly to discuss your case as we are not liable to refund you the full cost of the item(s).

Please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our T&Cs will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future returns being refused.
